SCMIC Image analysis

The Sackler Cellular & Molecular Imaging Center (SCMIC) offers a wide variety of image analysis tools

Huygens – Deconvolution
Deconvolution is a mathematical operation used in Image Restoration to recover an image that is degraded by a physical process which can be described by the opposite operation, a convolution. This is the case in image formation by optical systems as used in microscopy.
Imaris – 3D and 4D Real-Time Interactive Image Visualization
Imaris is a core software module that delivers all the necessary functionality for visualization, segmentation and interpretation of 3D and 4D microscopy datasets.
