The IncuCyte S3/SX5 is a flexible assay platform that sits inside a standard tissue culture incubator and automatically acquires and analyzes phase and fluorescent images for extended period of time. The systems are used for real-time cell monitoring and surveillance, cell health and viability, migration and invasion, plus a wide range of phenotypic cell-based assays. Both systems are equipped with 4x, 10x, and 20x objectives and function as a fully-automatic phase contrast and fluorescence microscope with red (Em 625-705 nm/Ex 565-605 nm) and green (Em 504-544 nm/Ex 440-480 nm) fluorescence.
